Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Central London

Contract: Permanent, Static 4 on and 4 off (07:00 am - 07:00pm)

Salary: 50,000pa

My client is an established FM company looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical maintenance engineer to join a team on a site in London. Main Duties will include:

• Cooling Towers
• Chillers
• AHU's, FCU's
• Boilers
• Pressurization units
• Water Treatment
• Pipework
• Plumbing & Drainage Systems
• Hot & Cold Water Systems
• Monitoring the BMS

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Level 3 in a mechanical discipline i.e. NVQ or City & Guilds
  Mechanical degrees are great too
