Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Central London

Contract: Permanent, Static 4 on and 4 off (07:00 am - 07:00 pm)

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Are you an experienced mechanical maintenance engineer within the facilities sector? Seeking a new challenge? My client is an established FM company looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a team on a site in London.

Main duties will include:

• Cooling Towers
• Chillers
• AHU's, FCU's
• Boilers
• Pressurization units

• Hot & Cold Water Systems
• Monitoring the BMS

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 3 in a mechanical discipline, e.g., NVQ or City & Guilds
• Mechanical degrees are a plus
