Job summary

The Old Manor in Bracknell is seeking a Shift Manager to support the pub manager and take responsibility for daily operations during a shift, including leading the team, serving customers, and overseeing kitchen and bar tasks. • When running a shift, take responsibility for the pub's operation, including compliance with standards and legislation, dealing with customers, administration and cash management.
• Lead, support and motivate the team.
• Prioritise tasks, delegate and solve problems.
• Work across front of house and in the kitchen.
• Deliver high standards in cleanliness, product quality, customer service, maintenance and atmosphere.
