Job summary

The Regal Moon in Rochdale, part of J D Wetherspoon, is seeking a Shift manager to support the pub manager, run shifts, lead the team, and ensure smooth operation across front of house and kitchen.

You will motivate staff, deliver high standards of service, handle customer queries, and work a 40-hour week with paid holiday, pension and a bonus scheme; there is potential for future management opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• When running a shift, take responsibility for the pub’s operation, including compliance with standards and legislation, customer interaction, administration and cash management.
• Lead, support and motivate the team.
• Prioritise tasks, delegate and problem-solve.
• Work shifts across the week in front of house and kitchen.
• Deliver high standards in cleanliness, product quality, customer service, maintenance and atmosphere.
