Churchill's in Rawreth is seeking a Part-Time Shift Manager (25–30 hours per week) to supervise the shift and ensure top-quality food and service. You will work closely with the Management team to run the store according to our values, while preparing and cooking menu items to meet demand in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Able to work 25–30 hours per week.
• Physically demanding role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all menu items to a high standard in a busy kitchen.
• Coordinate with the team to assemble orders for takeaway, click & collect and delivery.
• Lead and model good communication to develop a high performing team.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
