Job summary

DPD UK is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen our Chelmsford depot operations. You will lead and develop the team to deliver on KPI targets while upholding standards and ISO procedures.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Shift Manager, to help strengthen our depot operations management team.

In this role your key responsibility will be to achieve depot objectives in terms of operational, compliance, financial, customer service and HR tasks and responsibilities, through the effective management of employees, maintenance of company operating standards and ISO operating procedures specific to own areas of accountability.

Other key accountabilities will be

• Ensure company target for Premium Service is achieved
• Ensure there are zero Exceptions
• Ensure company target for Collection Service is achieved
• Ensure company target for Delivery ETAs is achieved

Qualifications
