Job summary

Greggs is hiring a Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn't present and to drive excellent customer service across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will inspire the team to uphold high standards and ensure a smooth, friendly service during busy shifts.

You’ll be responsible for preparing products, including sandwiches and oven management, keeping displays stocked, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You\'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop

• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
