Job summary

Greggs Swadlincote is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and keep customers at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be part of the management team, looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around and motivating the team to deliver an amazing customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

Typical duties include inspiring the team, leading by example, preparing products, keeping displays stocked, and ensuring a clean, presentable store.

• Reliable with natural leadership and customer service focus.
• Supportive of an inclusive culture.
• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
