Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and support the store team across multiple channels, including in-store, delivery and Click+Collect. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage shifts in the absence of the Store Manager, and ensure the shop runs smoothly.

You’ll inspire the team, serve customers quickly and warmly, prepare products, and keep displays well‑stocked and the shop inviting. Previous supervisory experience in a customer‑centric role is desirable.

• Reliable and able to demonstrate natural leadership abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You\'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
