Job summary

Greggs in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t around. You’ll motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and keep the shop running smoothly across in-store, delivery, and Click+Collect channels.

This role involves preparing our products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens, stocking displays, keeping the shop clean and presentable, and delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• You’ll be reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• You’ll also be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good.
• If you’ve got previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
