Shift Manager

What you'll do:

• If a Wendy’s restaurant was a person, it’d be you: fun, fast, friendly, and never out of bacon.
• Handle customer issues, both good and bad, like a leader.
• Ensure new team members understand how things work here.
• Maintain food safety standards and procedures.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment.
• At least 1 year of line operations experience, with demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Fully flexible work availability.

You must be willing and able to:

• Travel to other Wendy’s locations as needed.
• Stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift between 25 to 50 kg.
