Greggs in Orpington is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t around. You’ll motivate the team and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

Typical duties include inspiring the team, serving customers quickly, preparing sandwiches and operating ovens, keeping displays stocked and maintaining a clean, presentable shop. This role offers benefits like discounts, free drinks, paid breaks and profit sharing.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
