Shift: Nights / Mon-Fri / 23:00-09:00

About the role:

This role ensures the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the sortation areas, requiring a strong work ethic and attention to detail. It's a physical job in a busy warehouse that operates at full speed, so you’ll be active throughout your shift. Your attention to detail will ensure parcels reach customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management & reconciliation of warehouse operations (deliveries, Holdbay, etc.)
• Efficient management of bulk/return deliveries with fleet
• Support customer planning for bulk collection
• Support LGV transport rules & regulations
• Supervision of Saturday operations and site lockdown
• Deployment of operational resources according to work area needs
• Achieve or exceed KPI targets

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of resource management and deployment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills
