As a Shift Manager, you will oversee all shift work requirements by guiding, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure standards are met by adhering to production, quality, customer service, and productivity benchmarks. You will manage a team of 80+ employees within a multi-million-pound restaurant. As part of the management team, you will help drive sales, enhance profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
