Greggs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop floor and oversee the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You’ll motivate the team and ensure an excellent customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

As a Shift Manager you will prepare products, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, presentable shop while leading by example to deliver fast, friendly service. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Salary: £14.00 per hour which includes a 20p per hour band increment.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you'll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team,you'llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn'taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
