Greggs in the Retail South East region is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the absence of the Store Manager. You will motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, prepare popular products, and manage ovens and displays to keep the shop inviting for customers ordering in-store or online.

With a 30-hour contract and a pay rate of £14.00 per hour (including a 20p uplift), you will play a key role in delivering a brilliant customer experience across multiple channels including

Qualifications

• You’ll be reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• If you’ve got previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
