Job summary

Greggs plc in Haverfordwest is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop floor and put customers first. You’ll support the Manager, motivate the team and ensure the shop runs smoothly during your shifts.

You’ll prepare products, manage ovens, stock displays and keep the store clean and welcoming. This role rewards you with colleagues’ discounts, paid breaks and a strong focus on wellbeing and progression.

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable

Job description

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team, you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
