Your role will involve managing your shift, driving revenue and profits by developing your team to deliver outstanding guest care and service. Controlling costs, maintaining brand standards, ensuring high-quality food, team building, and creating a memorable guest experience are key to your success.

Here is what you need:

• Operational focus on implementing brand standards and policies
• Consistently deliver industry-leading guest service
• Experience with opening new locations is a plus but not required
• Ensure restaurant operations by following brand standards, scheduling, and assigning staff
• Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Hygiene standards
• Stay informed about market trends, upcoming guest initiatives, and local competitors
• Prioritize the guest experience in all actions
• Manage stock levels and availability
• Understand weekly sales data
• Maintain operations by enforcing personnel policies and procedures according to GDK standards
• Provide effective management, including training, development, and leadership to your team
• Create a safe, healthy, and secure environment for staff and guests
• Engage in performance management and foster loyalty through coaching, development, and discipline
• Train team members, utilize cross-training to maintain productivity, and support growth
• Keep colleagues informed about business performance, new initiatives, and issues
• Understand guest needs and implement guest recovery strategies when necessary
• Build rapport with guests to identify current and future requirements and train staff accordingly
