Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is recruiting for a Site Performance & CI specialist to join our Backstage Crew. This permanent, full-time daytime role operates Monday to Friday at our Leicestershire site, offering a salary of £31,430.00 to £44,900.00 per year plus a car allowance.

You will lead data-driven improvements across site performance, standardisation, and safety initiatives. We value proactive problem-solvers who can coach teams, partner with operations and QA, and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Confident communicator with cross-team collaboration.
• Analytical and data-driven with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and CI practices.
• Ability to coach and develop others on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of site performance data aligned with KPI standards.
• Analyze performance to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights to support operational decisions.
• Lead CI initiatives aligned with cluster roadmap (root cause, 5S, kaizen).
• Implement improvements to drive productivity, flow, quality, and stability.
• Track and sustain CI benefits for long-term impact.
• Deploy standardised processes, tools, best practices; act as site contact for cluster initiatives.
• Ensure site execution aligns with governance and client requirements.
• Partner with Operations, ICQA, Systems, and QA to improve execution.
• Provide on-the-floor coaching and remove barriers to performance.
• Support audits and promote safe change.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Encourage team engagement and local ownership of improvements.

This is a permanent, full-time, daytime position working Monday to Friday, offering a salary ranging from £31,430.00 to £44,900.00 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, plus a car allowance.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Site Performance Execution & Insight

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of site performance data in line with cluster KPI standards
• Analyse performance to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Provide clear, data-driven insight to support operational decision-making

Continuous Improvement Delivery

• Lead site-level CI initiatives aligned with the cluster roadmap (root cause, 5S, kaizen)
• Implement improvements to drive productivity, flow, quality, and stability
• Track and sustain CI benefits, ensuring long-term impact

Standardisation & Cluster Alignment

• Deploy and maintain standardised processes, tools, and best practices
• Act as the key site contact for cluster-led initiatives and change activity
• Ensure site execution aligns with cluster governance and client requirements

Operational Partnership & Coaching

• Partner with Operations, ICQA, Systems, and QA teams to improve execution
• Provide on-the-floor coaching and support on processes and efficiency
• Identify and help remove barriers to performance improvement

Quality, Compliance & Safety

• Support audits and ensure compliance with processes and standards
• Deliver CI initiatives in line with Health & Safety requirements
• Promote a structured and safe approach to change

Culture & Capability

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
• Encourage team engagement and local ownership of improvements
• Support capability development through coaching and knowledge sharing
• Support performance reviews with operational teams and managers

Profile:

• Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills across teams
• Analytical and data-driven, able to turn operational data into actionable insights
• Knowledgeable in Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies
• Hands-on and solution-focused, with experience in fast-paced warehouse environments
• Highly organised and structured, with a focus on maintaining high standards
