Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager at 24 Norby Road, Broomhill. The role involves leading the shop when the Manager is away, motivating the team and ensuring high standards of service for customers across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays fully stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment. This part-time position offers benefits and excludes remote work.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Ability to lead a team and motivate staff.
• Experience in a fast paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop when the Manager is not present and ensure service standards.
• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Prepare products (e.g., sandwiches) and manage ovens during shifts.
• Keep displays stocked and the shop clean, tidy and presentable.

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
