Job summary

Greggs plc in Inverurie is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team and ensure customers have a brilliant experience, whether in-store or via online orders. You’ll run the shop in the Manager’s absence, motivate staff and keep the standards high.

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop

• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
