Greggs plc in Biggleswade is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t about, inspire the team and ensure customers have a brilliant experience whether in store or online.

You’ll prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked and maintain a clean, welcoming shop while delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• You’ll be reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job description

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in‑shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive‑thru. You’ll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
