WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Managing a safe operation and role model a Safety-First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
• Implement Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) program as a daily way to confirm behaviours and processes
• Conduct incident investigations within the workplace and ensure relevant safety regulations and procedures are adhered to Understand Health and Safety related risks in your area, take actions to eliminate or minimize these risks according to an agreed plan
• Ensure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established
• Act as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement
• Management of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Operations experience managing a team, minimum of one year
• Proven experience in managing within a warehouse , minimum of one year
• Can do, passion and right first-time attitude
• Ability to deploy and change resource allocations during the shift in response to the changing requirements
• Ability to drive Standards within the direct team

Successful candidates must undergo a basic Access NI check, a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
