Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You’ll motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and manage day-to-day store operations across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

Responsibilities include inspiring staff to meet high standards, serving customers quickly, preparing items, keeping displays stocked, and maintaining a clean, presentable shop environment. Prior supervisory experience is valued.

• You’ll be reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary: £14.50 per hour which includes a 70p per hour band increment.

About the role

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You\'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
