Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer in Stowmarket to cover 2s and 3s shifts (days and nights) at a modern, fully automated facility. The role focuses on electrical or mechanical fault finding, breakdown response, and planned maintenance to minimise downtime and support manufacturing performance.

The successful candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial environment and an engineering qualification, with opportunities for progression as the site

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical fault-finding in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance across planned, reactive and breakdown activities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced factory setting.

Responsabilités
