Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Shift Maintenance Engineer for a state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing facility in Blackpool. You will perform electrical or mechanical fault-finding, breakdown response and planned maintenance on production machinery to minimise downtime.

The role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 with OTE £62,000+, a 2-shift pattern (2s and 3s) with days and nights, and clear progression into senior roles within a stable, growing site.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
