Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience (supervisory level ideal).
• Level3 engineering qualification.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a shift within a large factory.

Responsibilities

• 70% of the time: lead the shift, mentor and delegate workload, resolve issues and oversee shift operations.
• 30% of the time: hands-on maintenance on a fully automated site.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and adherence to safety and quality standards.
