Ion-Tec Limited in Loughborough is seeking a Shift Engineer to maintain plant assets, repair breakdowns and support production with engineering issues. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off pattern with day and night shifts, averaging around 42 hours per week, and requires adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.

You will complete PPMs, prioritize breakdowns, manage spares, and communicate with Engineering/Production management at shift end.

Responsabilités

• Ensure PPMs are completed as per the schedules and documented up-to-date.
• Repair plant/production breakdowns and assist production with engineering issues as required.
• Minimise cost by efficient use of production consumables.
• Maintain high safety, housekeeping and shift-change standards.
