Job summary

Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Staffordshire is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join the team on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Manufacturing Asset Maintenance Manager and focuses on maintaining and evolving equipment and systems to safeguard production quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with engineering knowledge across maintenance, industrial services and automation.
• Ability to deliver safety, quality, cost and delivery compliance.
• Strong fault-finding skills with proven manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Engineering and Shift Management Teams.
• Troubleshoot and perform reactive maintenance during breakdowns.
• Drive breakdown analysis to improve asset intensity and performance.
• Complete planned maintenance in line with factory KPIs and AMM strategy.
• Develop and enhance preventive maintenance plans.
