Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join the Industrial Services team. This permanent role reports to the Industrial Services Manager and offers a 37.5-hour week (Mon-Fri) with a salary of around £53,000 depending on experience.

We are recruiting for aMaintenance Engineer to join our Industrial Services team, based at our Nestlé Beverage factory in Tutbury.This is a permanent opportunity which will report into the Industrial Services Manager.
Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe after a £250 million investment over the last few years. The factory produces several of the most well-known Nescafé products in the world through freeze-dried, spray dried, pod coffee production technologies and is at the forefront of coffee production globally.
You will support driving the implementation and execution of the asset maintenance strategy, aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and reduce maintenance costs.

Ultimately,you will support and participate in the implementation and execution of the department asset maintenance strategy. The key aim of is to eliminate unplanned stops and reduce maintenance costs and as a result increase asset intensity.
You will support with the continuous improvement efforts of the department an also support successful implementation of new projects and technologies.
To be successful in this role you will already have a fantastic breadth of Engineering experience, ideally with previous experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
Experience of industrial boilers and effluent treatment plants would be a distinct advantage in this role.
BOAS accreditation would be a distinct advantage but is not essential as we can support the successful candidate through BOAS Management Training.
