We're seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our leading manufacturing site. Working on a 3-shift pattern, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
• Collaborating with production teams to meet safety, efficiency, and quality standards
• Documenting maintenance activities and contributing to asset care strategies

Candidate Requirements:

• Time-served engineer with a recognised qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)
• Experience in high-speed FMCG, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
• Strong fault-finding skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
• Knowledge of PLCs and automated systems is advantageous
