Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse operates the Wheatsheaf near Salisbury, a part of its Dorset-based pub and restaurant portfolio. We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our leadership team, responsible for day-to-day operations and guest experiences in a busy food-led environment.

You’ll oversee opening/closing, safety, and team coaching while supporting the General Manager to deliver exceptional service in a warm, welcoming pub setting. This role offers clear career progression with performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a shift leader or assistant manager in hospitality.
• Comfort in leading opening/closing and safety procedures.
• Ability to coach and develop the team with management support.
