As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for fulfilling all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by adhering to production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Your role will involve monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.
You will work within a restaurant handling a multi-million-pound operation and managing a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team driving your restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This position is suitable for individuals with experience in managing and leading teams within retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments. The role is restaurant-based and involves working variable shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
You will work various shifts, including breakfast, evenings, and overnight shifts (if operating 24 hours), to gain experience in all aspects of the business and become accustomed to shift work.
