Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is seeking a Shift Leader Mechanical/Water for a flagship contract in London. You will be mechanically qualified with a background in commercial maintenance and may pursue AP approved engineer status along with CT C clearance.

Responsibilities include ensuring routine maintenance, logging KPIs/PPMs, and supervising subcontractors on site with 7am–7pm shifts on a 4-on-4-off schedule.

Qualifications

• Qualified mechanically with background in commercial maintenance.
• AP duties (once qualified) will be part of the role.
• CTC clearance may be required for client security.

Responsibilities

• Make sure all PPMs and reactive maintenance are carried out.
• Log KPI’s and PPMs.
• Log and action any faults.
• Look after subcontractors on site.
• Perform AP duties (once qualified).
• Conduct toolbox talks.
• Assist engineers with technical issues.

Shift Leader Mechanical/Water

I am currently recruiting for a lead engineer for a flagship contract in London. You will be mechanically qualified with a background in commercial maintenance; you will have the ability to be the AP approved engineer (client will put you through the course) as well as passing a CTC clearance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include,

• making sure all ppm's and reactive maintenance is carried out
• KPI's and PPMs are logged
• making sure any faults are logged and actioned
• looking after sub-contractors on site
• AP duties (once qualified)
• toolbox talks
• helping engineers with any technical issues

Hours 7am to 7pm 4 on 4 off Days only

Salary is up to 50,800K with company benefits, OT, development, training and much more.
