Job summary

Wendy’s UK is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead teams in a fast-paced restaurant. You’ll drive exceptional customer service, set the standard for food safety, and model the brand’s fun, friendly, can-do culture for everyone from trainees to senior staff.

The role requires experience leading people, at least one year in line operations and one year in management, plus full flexibility to work varied shifts and travel to other Wendy’s locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading people, even better if you did it in a food service environment.
• 1 year of line operations experience; with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Fully flex work availability

Responsibilities

• Lead a Wendy’s restaurant as a proactive manager, handling customer issues with a confident, leadership mindset.
• Ensure new team members understand the operating standards and procedures.
