Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Leader in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will coordinate a team to deliver, coach colleagues on the job, and seek practical actions to improve service.

You'll work within advertised availability windows, with 16 guaranteed hours per week (or 12 minimum if you prefer), and a starting rate of £14.76 per hour, rising to £15.97 for stores inside the M25; additional payments may apply by location.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate a team to deliver in a fast-paced retail environment.
