Job summary

Fairfield Trust is seeking a Shift Leader for The Weavers Pub in a role that involves supervising a small team, cash handling, and customer service. The position supports a learning centre for young people with disabilities and requires experience in hospitality and strong customer relations.

The role is permanent, 32 hours per week (Wed-Sun) with evenings and weekend work; pay is £22,996.48 per annum. Facilities include a pro-rated holiday entitlement for part-time workers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relations skills and previous hospitality experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a small team of staff, opening and closing duties, cash/till handling.
• Take orders, prepare and serve drinks, and assist with kitchen porting and food/drink running.
• Address customer queries and ensure high levels of service and cleanliness; rotate stock.
• Work with college students and trainees as The Weavers serves as a training centre for young people with disabilities.
