Job summary

Fairfield Trust is seeking a Shift Leader for The Weavers Pub in Dilton Marsh. You will supervise a small team, manage till operations, take orders, and oversee service while active in a training-strong environment with students and trainees.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relations and hospitality experience.
• Willingness to work with students and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a small team of staff during shifts.
• Open and close the pub, manage opening/closing duties.
• Handle till/cash and process orders accurately.
• Take customer orders and serve drinks and food as required.
• Assist with food/drink porting and running to service areas.
• Keep premises clean and ensure stock is rotated and replenished.
• Support the training centre for young people and trainees.
