Job summary

The Ivy Wall, Spalding in the J D Wetherspoon group, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the pub manager and take responsibility for operations during shifts, including front-of-house and kitchen duties.

You will lead and motivate the team, ensure customers are served well and handle tasks with a can-do attitude. The role offers structured training, career development, and a competitive pay and benefits package.
