Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to be the heartbeat of the shift, opening and closing the restaurant, and leading the team when the GM is away to ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll master behind-the-scenes duties like cashing up and compliance while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the crew. Expect a high-energy, guest-focused environment with rewarding perks.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Ability to lead a team through a busy service.
• Energetic, reliable, and passionate about guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant when on shift and act as keyholder.
• Lead the team in the GM's absence and model best practices.
• Oversee cashing up and basic compliance tasks.
• Ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic on every visit.
