Job summary

Charles Trent Ltd is seeking two strong Team Leaders for BH1 to drive a high-performing shift-led production team during a period of growth and improvement. You will work closely with the Production Manager, coaching staff, upholding standards and leading by example.

You will lead hands-on from the line, ensure 5S, quality and H&S compliance, and report daily on performance. A clear development path and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team brief at the start of every shift
• Provide handover to the opposite shift
• Maintain 5S and workplace organisation
• Meet production targets, quality and Health & Safety standards
• Provide a daily shift performance report to the Production Manager
• Lead hands-on from the BH1 line and be visible and proactive
• Coach and develop team members
• Deal with operational problems quickly and effectively
• Support onboarding of new starters
• Collaborate with the Production Manager on planning and continuous improvement
• Ensure processes and company standards are followed
