Wingstop UK, operated by Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited, is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations in one of our restaurants. You’ll oversee on-floor service, food quality, cleanliness and safety, and you’ll coach Crew Members to deliver fast, friendly experiences.

You’ll motivate the team, manage busy shifts from the front, and drive standards while supporting stock control and daily operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Hands-on leadership style and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, team-first mindset and reliability.
