Job summary

Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in driving performance, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a dine-in wing restaurant.

You’ll coach Shift Managers and Crew, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth shifts with high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience in hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Commercial awareness and drive to progress in the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop shifts and Crew to deliver high service standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Drive sales, optimize performance and ensure great customer experience.
• Ensure compliance, cleanliness and food safety across shifts.
• Collaborate with General Manager to execute daily operations successfully.
