Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Shift Manager to run store operations during shifts, coach and develop the team, and maintain high standards of service and hygiene. You’ll ensure smooth handovers in the absence of Store and Assistant Managers and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced settings, are capable of leading teams, and can work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Supervisory experience in food/retail preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Right to work for store location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reports.
• Ensure all food preparation meets company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and outstanding service.
• Maintain product control and correct volumes.
• Ensure store cleaning standards are maintained.
• Complete statutory paperwork per Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
