Wingstop UK - High Wycombe is seeking a Shift Manager to run smooth shifts, support and develop the team, and maintain high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness. You will lead by example and drive strong operational performance across busy periods.

The role is based in a restaurant offering dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, with emphasis on delivering a great customer experience and leading from the front during busy shifts.
