Responsibilities

• DCWF: Execute the daily workflow to standards, delegate tasks, and provide corrective feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists to ensure food and bar safety principles are followed.
• Juicer Training: Deliver training using our Knowledge - Training – Practice – Validation mantra.
• Guest Experience: Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor sales targets and supervise daily commercial targets.
