Unique Senior Care is looking for a proactive Shift Leader in Leamington Spa to supervise the care team on a dedicated shift and support staff development. You will lead and mentor caregivers, ensuring high-quality care and ongoing professional growth.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated, caring Shift leader to work at our Extra Care Development for over 55’s, based in Leamington Spa. As Shift Leader you will provide leadership and mentoring to the caregivers. You will support the development of the skills and competences required for all caregivers and will provide a focus on continuous professional development within your team. The Shift Leader will ensure that Unique Senior Care is appropriately represented, working in effective partnership with key local service providers. Leading the allocated shift, being the responsible person for the service. Managing rotas due to unforeseen absence etc. Provide an emergency response service for all residents living within the scheme. Ensuring that all carers are providing care of the highest quality using a mentoring and coaching approach.
