Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the team to deliver the easiest shopping trip.
  • Open/close the store and ensure all customer safety.
  • Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Support the Store Manager in coordinating events.
  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy and well-presented.
  • Manage product replenishment prioritization.
  • Resolve customer queries to leave them satisfied.
  • Ensure effective staffing and manage short-term absences.
