Chef & Brewer, part of Greene King, is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift and ensure it runs like clockwork. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and keep customers happy in a welcoming pub environment.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean and address issues quickly and safely.
