• Ability to work flexibly, responding to shifting care needs and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting safeguarding standards and working in a care setting with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts at Hillsboro House to provide a therapeutic environment for the child/young person.
• Ensure high standards of care, risk management and compliance with CIW/Regulatory requirements.
• Support transitions to appropriate long-term placements and coordinate with education/employment services.
